This is a fun two day event encouraging visitors to bring your pet with you to roam through the Fort and Fort grounds.  We have invited multiple pet businesses and organizations (animal rescues, breeders, pet food, apparel and toys, etc) to set up tables each day to educate, support and celebrate our animal companions. There will also be a Pet "Kissing" Booth for a photo op, Mini-Agility Course, & Super Pet Give-Aways!

  2020 being what it is, COVID19 precautions are in effect (Six foot social distancing, stay home if sick, masks when inside Gift Shop/Visitor's Center or where 6 foot separation cannot be maintained).  As a Plan B, we have had to put a hold on the pet contests this year although Radio Station Star 97.7 is still hosting their annual Cutest Dog contest. Saturday, August 15 will be for dogs, while Sunday, August 16 is for all other pets.
